After your payment is verified, it takes 1-2 business days to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 2 pm PST will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 2 pm PST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.


Any brand new product can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery. Please contact Customer Support to schedule the return. Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable. After 30 days, we will offer an exchange with return of original product in new condition. Once we receive it back and verify it is in new condition, the return will be processed and a full refund will be issued.

Orders lost or missing by shipping carrier: If the shipping carrier officially reports that they lost or damaged the product during shipping and you report it within 30 days of your order date, we will work with your to get a replacement or repair in the mail at a reasonable cost. If the carrier reports delivering the product, but you did not receive it - we do not guarantee replacement, but we will happily work with you to get you a replacement at a reasonable replacement cost.
